Vendetta Gunship Complete

One of the things that got me into the Guard was that I loved the look of the Valkyrie model. I didn't have much room for one in my 1k Guard list, but in my move to 1.5k I now have space for two of them as Vendetta gunships carrying Veterans:

  1. Very Nice! I also love the models and hope to add a pair of them to my Guard army.

  2. Er, it looks good, but you know that the twin-linked lascannon and Multiple rocket pods are an illegal combination, right? A Valkyrie and Vendetta don't share the same weapon upgrade options.

    1. Well, they are still, slightly, legal as they can be counted as hellfury missles. Perfect for when it comes to burning the ass off squishy targets as it is large blast and has no cover saves. I personally prefer two Twin-linked lascannons as then you can have a cheap, mobile tank hunter.

  3. yeah, it was like that when i bought it. I always go, though, for what looks good, rather than WYSIWYG. My troop choices have radios, but i dont have them as part of my list - i just like the look of them

  4. The Vendettas and Valkyries are what made me start Imperial Guards after I made a Orky version of them. I would not have them carry any body as I mainly have my Vendettas not carry any one as they are going to be the primary target, since I do try to fly to the rear of a enemy tank and unload a butt load of Las fire in to them.
